Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipment, whichever occurs first.

 with your order number, or by submitting a cancellation request through our website.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of size issues or quality defects. The request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return page and provide your order number along with your registered email address or mobile number. You will also be required to submit clear proof of the issue as part of the return request.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and tags. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3 to 5 days of the item being picked up and verified in good condition.

Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different item, you may return your original purchase and place a new order.
